the first time I tried this product, it seemed to dilute in water. The second time I used it in the 2nd jar I wasn't pleased with how difficult it was to dilute and drink,. I am not sure this is a good product to use instead of other brands of coq 10 and I wouldn't recommend cocurq by ruved.

I put this product in a smoothie and it is delicious! I have just taken a tsp by mouth and followed by water. It has a good coconut flavor. I found it helped keep inflammation at Bay.I would recommend this product to anyone!!!!!!
