Would thoroughly recommend this product. Review: Magical dust which enhances your savoury dishes - Use mine mainly for truffle risotto (1 tsp for one pan of risotto/ 4 portions). Makes it so earthy and savoury and delicious. Truffle hunter is a quality brand and provides excellent products for a fair value. Any and all of their sauces and condiments are excellent. I’ve tried the oil, mustard, honey, salt, and of course, the dust. This truffle dust is nice on chicken, on eggs, in pasta dishes with tomato, cream, or pesto sauces, etc. Most savoury dishes can be enhanced with a sprinkle of this magical dust. Tip- don’t sprinkle directly over your cooking dishes as it is prone to absorbing steam/ moisture which will make it clump and cake and reduce its shelf life. Put it on a spoon before adding to your hot and steamy foods. Even though it’s in a jar, I also store the jar in a plastic bag to keep it as dry and fresh as possible. ## Features - TRUFFLE SEASONING: TruffleHunter is delighted to introduce black truffle seasoning to your kitchen! Certainly tastes good and truffle like! **Q: If dogs are used to hunt them then it's not vegan?** A: I guess that depends on the vegan doesn't it, its not a bi product of an animal, but as in truffle hunters case, they use trained dogs some vegans may object to eating them. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cant rate this highly enough! *by F***I on 1 October 2026* This is just amazing, add to pasta dishes, or I love it on chips with grated parmesan cheese melted with it, It's excellent in potatoes Dauphinoise - in fact its a fantastic all rounder, great Truffle flavour - just spot on.
