Shipped Defective. Amazon Jilted Me and Stiffed Me of $44 Even with Their "A to Z" Guarantee
After less than two weeks of use, the battery stopped keeping a charge. While the casing sure is nice and having a lighted keyboard might be useful for someone on a redeye flight, in truth, even with the honking AMD 4700 with 16 GB RAM, the experience might have been a half-second faster than an eight or nine year old Gateway laptop with an AMD A6-3420M RAM. Sure, the screen is a bit sharper.The price was right at the time, but recent prices for the same model are $50 more.I would not consider buying HP ever again. Laptops simply should not be shipped that fail so horribly after two weeks.Acer, ASUS and MSI are the makers who have made the cut for my next laptop purchase.On a side note, the vendor refunded my purchase in full. However, the experience cost me $44 in shipping the return. SO much for the big like by Amazon, their so-called A to Z return policy. Amazon ought to refund me $44 and live up to their marketing claims.

Cooling Fan stopped working
The product cooling fan started showing an error message that the fan is not working properly.the laptop was switch on for two to three times.
