These leads are just what I needed and am so glad Amazon had them as the place where I originally bought the compass did not! Next time I need a compass I’ll just start with Amazon! The quality is good and the leads are neither too hard nor too soft. They’re just right.

Good product, but 4 of the 12 leads were missing upon arrival.
Staedtler makes quality products. Unfortunately, I only received 2/3 of what I ordered. One the storage tubes the product arrives in was open and empty upon arrival. Other than that, it was a good purchase.

Replacement leads are quality and should last a long time!
Perfect for replacing the leads in the compass by Staedtler. Solid and quality. I don't think he wore through them that fast, but maybe lost one and used the other until it was a bit of a stub.He likes to adjust the leads to protrude more than what most would. Whatever makes it easier to draw with them, it's a great product for a really great compass.

Received three cartridges but one was empty. So I only got 8 leads. It's ok I probably didn't need 12.

One canister is empty and missing leads
Only two of the 3 canisters had leads in it. Need to be better packaged to avoid this.
