I know that I need a cleanse from time to time. I certainly am not regular and I also know that with the foods we eat daily there are tons of cancer causing agents in them as well as other toxins and even parasites. I am a big believer in detoxes. I don't do them often enough, though. The ingredients in this look pretty harmless. Looks like it's milk thistle, carrot and dog rose. I've not done much research on dog rose.I've not taken this for the full 21 days so I can't be a judge of the weight loss results just yet. I don't take them on days that I know I won't be eating or drinking healthily. I do feel like I have much more energy when taking these supplements and this detox. I haven't gained any weight on them so maybe they are working, lol. this has helped me clear out my acne and lose weight. its a night formula. I take one at night with a full glass of water, its not your tipical capsule its round kinda looks like a chewable capsule. it has a light smell but it does not smell bad or leave a after taste its been great to me! it is a 21 day program. like i mention before i have notice a significant difference in my acne breakouts they have gone away. and i have lost about 15 lbs. but I have been diating and exercising 3x a week. I'm a big fan of Life Botanica and this product does not disappoint. This is a great detox system for the liver. I should know since I have to have my liver functions tested regularly. As a rheumatoid arthritis sufferer, I have to take medicine that can potentially be harmful to your liver. Since taking these supplements, my liver functions have improved greatly. My numbers have never been bad, but they have been borderline before. Since taking these supplements, my numbers have improved by 10 points. I've taken milk thistle for several years off and on.
