It’s unfair to give this product a poor review before understanding that it’s not a “bad product”. This is SUPPOSED to get really warm. If it’s causing skin sensitivity, it’s super easy to thwart that. If people do just a small amount of research they can avoid the discomfort. DSMO can work just fine as it comes for some & be too warm or cause skin sensitivity for others. The way to remedy that is to dilute the product SLIGHTLY with either distilled water or 100% Aloe Vera. DMSO is SUPPOSED to get warm upon contact of skin application & of any container it’s mixed in. It lasts only a few seconds. Diluting it the a bowl will warm slightly too. Just because your skin was sensitive to the warmth does not mean it’s a poor product - it’s just the makeup of it. If you’re concerned, purchase the 8oz glass bottle & dilute w/distilled water. Make a 70/30 or 60/40 mixture. The more it’s diluted the less heat but the less effective too. (You definitely want the higher percentage amount to be dmso). And yes, it MUST BE distilled water!! The reason is bcz it absorbs through the skin so quickly that it pulls anything it’s mixed with right into the skin with it & anything that’s already on the skin too. So clean the skin surface with peroxide 1st (not isopropyl alcohol). If you want you can use what’s inside this roll-on & that can be diluted too. For the sake of the people who found their skin too sensitive for this roll on, Im describing a way to use it without having to return or waste it. Simply turn the bottle upside down & squeeze some of the product (gel) into a small bowl, (I used a very small Tupperware container w/a lid) then add a couple tablespoons of distilled water, I capped it, shook to mix (& yes the container became slightly warm for a few seconds) & then I used it just like that. It worked just fine. I dipped a cotton ball in & rubbed it into my knee & lower back. It worked just fine. Any smell of garlic disappears once it’s completely dry. I poured the rest into a glass dropper bottle & stored to use later. Yes it can be premixed & used later. I hope this helps people bcz the poor reviews seem to be coming from those who haven’t looked into how versatile DSMO is.

This is awesome product. Helping to control my pain. I need to have hip surgery and the pain has gotten worse. My daughter told me about this roll on ointment and it really works for me.

I have tendonitis in my right arm. I have tried different things to remedy and relieve when my friend told me about the benefits of DSMO. I then ordered this product with a roll on applicator. As I waited for it to arrive I read about this product on various website including this company.When I got it I read the card that came with. It was nice looking. It had no instructions, just "if you have any issues contact us and don't just write a review". I excitedly applied to my washed clean (not with soap) arm. Immediately my skin started to tingle. Soon it was so painful and the skin was bright red. I held out for 10 minutes and then couldn't do it any more and washed it off.I emailed the customer service telling about my experience. I got a reply that "It should not be applied heavily and allowed to sit and dry."I wrote back saying since there were no instructions included with the product I was surprised at this and asked what is too much and how long should it stay on.They sent me a general statement not answering my questions.I have emailed them back a couple of times and finally got this: "We have provided you with the all the information we can. We cannot make any other recommendations on how to use this product. This is a product that you the consumer must do research or contact your healthcare provider."My friend to told me to dilute it with water (what the use of a roll on applicator then?). It was hard. And I waited a little - didn't want to go too long. But had no relief.This was a waste of both time and money for me adding some aggravating emails from a company that are more interested in a good rating than customer service and helping their customers...

It really works! It helps with pain and is actually a scavenger for parasites and toxins… I prefer this smell (sugar cane/fruity) to garlic… my coworkers keep telling me that I have this fruity smell lol. Without diluting it does sting a little. It actually really does help with pain (i can testify personally) to that.
