Wowww this one is a winner! A little pricey, yes but so worth it!! First if all, of all it smells divine. There’s some kind of natural seeds inside. I don’t know exactly what kind of seeds, but it smells like a oatmeal cookie to me and now I’m hungry. 🤤 Secondly, it is super soft, and perfectly weighted to wrap around your neck and shoulders. Two minutes in the microwave and it’s warm and ready to go. So cozy! I wear it around the house in the morning for 30 mins or so to loosen up my neck and shoulders from sleeping. Super happy with this purchase!

I woke up with a stiff neck with pain radiating up my neck to my scalp and down to my shoulder blade and upper arm on my left side. After a couple of days, this included my right side as well. The SunnyBay XL Microwave Heating Pad helped to lessen the pain with its moist, comforting, warmth. I love the strap feature that allows me to secure the ends at the front of my neck leaving my hands free.

I ordered the XL neck wrap as I suffer from a herniated disc and pinched nerve at the C4 - C5 level in my neck. This wrap is easy to use and I like the fact that heating it creates a little moisture as I also add a moist towel under it which helps to penetrate muscles in my neck and shoulder more. I've only had it a few days and now my daughter wants one. She suffers from sciatica so we've been trying to rotate use of this one. Her heat pad is just heat so I'll probably get her the one for her back to keep from having to search for her to find mine 😄. It's soft with the mild scent of peppermint which I didn't realize until my daughter mentioned the scent. Although I wish it had a little more weight and could stay hot a bit longer, overall it helps ease my pain and muscle stiffness in my neck and shoulders at once which is a plus.

The product is made of nice quality materials however it is very hard to get the temperature warm enough to feel comforting. Even microwaving for two minutes, which feels like a very long time. It does not get as hot as I would prefer.

I am in love with this heat wrap. Using daily after surgery. It’s firm but soft you can rest your head or chin on it. So glad I got the XL is the right size for me on neck. 2 min in microwave it stays real toasty for solid 15 mins still warm enough to use to another body part another 15 mins. I use on lower back after neck. When first started using it had a faint chia seeds smell that seems to have gone away. Didn’t bother me just know the earthy sent. Now I don’t smell it anymore. The straps a bonus if you want it snug and tight or use on a limb. Cover is so soft like fleece I call it my snuggy. Bummer the cover can’t be removed and washed. I think the microwave heat keeps it clean. Really enjoying this neck wrap while recovering. Will definitely be using for regular aches and pains once I heal.

I have arthritis in my neck and this saved me. I highly recommend this. The warm heat feels so good. The rubber band like tie at the bottom keeps it in place and as snug as I like. It does not fall or move from the comforting position.

Good - but not awesome. It doesn't get super hot (and it comes with all kinds of warnings about not overheating it), and it's definitely a bit "moist", so if that's what you want, yay! I like that I can strap it around my knee!
