Q: Just trying to clarify what this fire is made from is there any plastic on it and does it feel authentic?

It doesn’t feel plasticky but not sure what it’s made of. It does a good job of chucking out the heat and the flame effect is good. We have a lovely wood burner in another room and the Bormio makes our ‘snug’ feel nice and snug!!

Q: Some people say this is a German company but on another site it says China. Which is it?
