Product was brand new and in very good condition but will not heat or seal. Light turns on and all pieces seem to be intact and put together properly but doesn’t work/seal.

I bought this item to replace a Linfield 8" sealer. I only bought this item to seal 10" x 7.5" shrink wrap bags & the price was within my budget at this time. Tge 12" linsfiekd sealer was out of my budget at the time. Anyways, I sealed 5 bags with no issues & on the 6th bag, it let out a flash of light (electricity zap, compares to a lightning flash "zap"), and stopped working. I am returning today and spending the extra money to buy a 12" impulse sealer by Linfield (the one I was initially going to buy). I will be leaving a review of that one as soon as I receive & use it for a few days!!

Excelent articulo just a note to the seller, you might add a sticker to the front because the produce box came open on the front lid, Amazon didn’t add any cushion with all the delivery movement it open but it works perfectly.

This was easy to use, very little information or instructions, had to play around a little to know what number settings to work with

It took me a while to figure out how to use it but absolutely fell in LOVE with how easy it is and works very well!

Product works great . There are some bags that came with the product . What is the brand of the bags ? I would like to purchase those exact bags .

For the price you cannot beat it. The only thing I wish it came with a heavier cord and plug. The one that’s is on there seems flimsy. Other than that I’m happy with the unit.
