The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 31 cm high Buddha. I am very pleased with this resin Buddha statue. It does actually look like a bronze figure until you touch it or lift it. I hand-painted the crown on his head, and gently added a dusting of very fine gold glitter, which just adds a wee glint if the sun or candlelight catches it rather than looking like a gaudy Christmas card effect. It also looked very nice without this being painted gold & I did dither over whether I might lower the tone by painting him. I am taking a meditation course with a Tibetan monk, my Rinpoche suggested we set up a dedicated little alter and worship area to set the scene for us to meditate. The first month, of the first year of 5, I must meditate, open-eyed on the image of the Buddha, so it was important to me that the Buddha have a nice face and be attractive to look at, which he is. His eyes are partially closed, looking down in meditation and he has a slight smile on his lips (my old Buddha had a wonky eye which distracted me somewhat – note to self, this is un-Buddha-like thought!).I have no interest in the glowing stones, to me, they added a fairground-prize feel to what is quite a classy looking Buddha. Instead, I have placed a flickering battery operated tealight in the resin bowl for safety over a live candle, which could be a fire hazard, this casts a warm hue on the statue’s face at night. This Buddha could happily sit outside in your garden as the resin is hard-wearing. For the size & quality, I think this looks pretty good for the price.

Not worth the money stones do not glow

I bought this as gift for a friends birthday. First of all the packaging for the gift was amazing. The product itself was great. Nice size and the additional glow in the dark stones was an additional special touch. If your are looking for a gift for someone give them this. Great detailing on the Buddha. My friend was over the moon with the gift.

Just cheap plastic very light waste of money want mine back

Wanted this in the garden. Looked forward to seeing the GEMS. glow in the dark. Did not happen. Disappointed.

Je vais essayer de le commander à nouveau parce que je le trouve très beau....mais ça a l'air très fragile. J'espère que le 2ème résistera au transport.
