8 Little Planets Coloring Book Paperback – 1 Jun. 2021

The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with this colouring book. I bought it for my two year old after Chris Ferrie’s books were recommended to me. My daughter has a few generic colouring books, but I love that this one gives her exposure to an educational topic that many kiddos enjoy. I love that she can get creative whilst being exposed to science at the same time.The illustrations are really cute and there are lots of great facts included too. Each of the drawings are accessible (smiling planets for the win) but also scientifically accurate (yes of course the planets don’t really have smiley faces…) The information included is undoubtedly far ahead of her developmental capability at the moment, but it’s nice to teach her about the ideas of planets, and give her some context for the moon - which she has recently started pointing out each night. Also the information isn’t so heavy that she couldn’t possibly understand it. I suspect she’ll get more information from it as she approaches age 3.There are a good number of pages and the quality of the book feels great too. I can highly recommend all round.
