When I opened the package, it was just as soft as I'd hoped. Unfortunately, the color was COMPLETELY WRONG. I bought the brown color "LUGGAGE" that appeared to be close to a brown leather color, which would have matched my decor palate perfectly. In reality, the color is a sandy beige, MUCH lighter than I was led to believe. The instructions for putting it on the couch are a joke and the seller really should just remove them from the packaging because it's written so poorly as to be completely indecipherable. Two of us struggled with it for about 20 minutes but finally figured it out through trial and error. The cover itself was a better fit than most sofa covers and I had initially planned on keeping it for that reason. After a few days though, I just couldn't make peace with how drastically off the color was and had to return it.
