their is many health benefits of buying water, the good kind of water can cleanse the inside of their body. this water is delicious, but maybe its because I was dying of thirst. Poland spring water is the right kind of bottle to buy, the plastic bottle is 100% recycled. I live in the mountains so I tasted spring water a lot . There is no lie that this comes from the spring. Since 1845 this water has been going around. Ive never heard of it or never tasted it before I really like Evian water, and Fiji water also, but these are a lot of money. its worth the price though. Water is a daily necessity. I used to drink cold spring water directly coming from the mountains river and out of a copper cup. I used to be sick, like I was very useless to anything and everything because I never felt truly happy, but I started to drink water and then it changed my life, I could laugh , love , and live. I bought them because I do not have very much money at this time in my life. I also would say that the water shouldn't be in plastic. Some people just throw their plastic and its bad for the earth, it would be better if the plastic bottle that holds the water was not plastic . Anyways drinking water can really change your life when your very unhealthy.
