The best tonsil stone remover I’ve tried
I was afraid to try a metal tool, thinking it was be too easy to damage myself. But after tons of difficulty using something “gentler”, including so much irritation it would hurt more after removal than the stone did, I decided to give these a try. Omg, I wish I had gotten these a year ago. Because the steel is strong and doesn’t flex on me, I can be so gentle with how much I push. And because it works faster, I’m manipulating my tonsils and the wall in front of them so much less, so a lot less irritation. I like the length - I think a longer length would result in more accidental torque and less precision. The size of these means that I set up a flashlight and use both at the same time - 1 to pull back the wall and then the second one can gently palpitate next to the tonsil stone, which removes it smoothly and without pain. This particular set is well made and smooth. Highly recommend!!

ORDER IT!
This tool is the right size, and it works! BE GENTLE, be patient, you can do it! Once you make contact with the stone, gently rotate the round end and the stone should come out the tonsil crevice. It may take about 30-40 minutes to get it out. To avoid reoccurring stones, gargle with salt water nightly, use a stainless steel or copper tongue scraper, and gargle with mouthwash daily. I did not use the caps, just be gentle.

Needs to be three inches longer
This tool works great, as listed. But would be better if it were three inches longer. This would allow you to have a better view with your hand being further away from your mouth. The rubber covers are bit too small.

Too short
The stainless steel holder is way too short to get back to your tonsils. The plastic protector that goes on the end of the stainless steel holder is also very difficult to get on. I would not purchase it again.

Best product to remove tonsil rocks
I was really tired of using q-tips, my toothbrush and whatever else I could get my hands on to try to remove the tonsil rocks that I continuously get. They are so annoying and a real pain to remove from my cryptic tonsils. It's a real struggle and always a bloody mess. After purchasing this product, I couldn't believe the ease, how fast and absolutely painless it was to get out every tonsil rock. I am very happy with this product. It's truly one of the best products out there. Just choose the longer size because the shorter one is hard to use. If I could give this product more than five stars, I would!

These things are never "easy to use" but this is essential for some
It's hard to see tonsil stones sometimes and even harder to get rid of them. These sturdy and long-enough wands are good at doing what needs to be done. My stones aren't large but they hurt where they are located so it's essential for me to rid myself of them when I notice them. These do the dirty work

Not Long Enough and …
Too short for most adults and they don’t even come wrapped in a sterile inner package. Make sure you wash, and then clean with 70% rubbing alcohol before using. The silicone tips are nice and fit snuggly but need to be cleaned as well. Ideally the tool needs to be be about 2-3 inches longer and the scooper should come in two sizes - one as is, and the other smaller for tight crevices/smaller stones where the current sized tool pushes the stone in deeper b/c it’s too large.

So happy to finally have a way to remove tonsil stones. I previously was using anything from Bobby pins to Qtips. With this, it's a million times easier. I no longer struggle to remove them. I don't find it too short like some other reviews have said. I also don't find it sharp at all. I only use the scoop side. I don't really know what to do with the ball side. I plan to buy more just in case I lose them. I use these every night. I haven't tried the tools with built in lights, but I love that this is not bulky. It's just a strong piece of metal that won't break and doesn't need batteries. I highly highly recommend if you have tonsil stones. Definitely a game-changer!

Getting tonsil stones is a new thing for me.. and I have the worst gag reflex ever!! At first I was trying to use my finger or a q-tip to try and get the tonsil stone out and this just resulted in me gagging a bunch and not getting anywhere lol. When I was doing research on how to get tonsil stones out easily, I came across this metal pick or “device”, lol. The reason I got it was because someone else left a review stating that they had bad gag reflexes, and it took them less than a minute to get the tonsil stone out with this pick. Well, I gotta say, this person wasn’t lying!! Within 30 seconds the tonsil stone was out. You really can’t even feel the metal thing at the back of your throat, it truly is amazing!! If you have a terrible gag reflex, get this thing!!

They are as described, however i don't think they are great tonsillitis cleaners. They are pretty short and very small, so for my they often get stuck and hurt my tonsils. Maybe for someone with a smaller mouth and tonsils it works great, but i definitely regret this buy.
