AMAZING MATTRESS
After years of sleeping in pain and chalking it up to getting “older,” I finally realized the culprit could be that clunky old mattress I had gotten years ago from one of those stores that went out of business a year after I purchased it. After researching all kinds of mattresses and not willing to put thousands of dollars into someone’s fancy marketing campaign, I landed on Zinus. The price was SO right, great, upstanding company and customer service, natural materials, a mattress to fit every need, and I cannot rave enough about this mattress. I bought the one that is perfect for certain pressure points, and I haven’t been this comfortable or slept so well in years. You do not have to wait for it to fully expand to sleep on it. Company advised I could begin sleeping on it the very first night, and I did, and what a great night’s sleep! Took mine (14”) about 2 weeks to fully expand, but that interferes with nothing. My sleep remained as peaceful and comfortable no matter what. Thank you to this company! Wonderful product — I am thrilled with it!

So Worth The Money
We have purchased 5 Zinus beds in the past 4 or so years. (For different rooms). These are the most incredibly comfortable mattresses to sleepon, and the price is unbelievable. Well, well worth try.

It is not for me:(
The mattress was initially quite small but grew to the correct length BUT instead of 39" wide, it was more like 41" wide. It is not 10" but 8.5". The edge is super soft, so when you sit on the edge to get into bed, you feel like you will slide off. The mattress itself is super soft and molds around you. For me, it is TOO SOFT and I feel myself sinking into it, not in a comfortable way. I couldn't find anywhere in the listing that said it was so soft or I wouldn't have purchased it. I will be returning and getting a different one.

Do not waste your money
Don’t waste your money! It says it’ll “inflate” within 72 hours and it’s been 2 weeks and it’s only 10”. Ordered king 14”. It’s super droopy. I’ve reached out to customer service 10 times to return the item and they haven’t gotten back to me. $620 later, stuck with a crappy unusable mattress.

Buyer beware!!!
I bought this mattress for a guest bed that gets used 3-4 times a year. Didn't want to spend too much on it. That being said, you get what you pay for. Says 8" but it only expanded to 6" after several days and the corners still have not fully expanded. Based off other reviews I assume they never will. Also, width dimension is about 2" wider than a normal twin XL. Doesn't fit nicely between the side rails of the bed frame. Really had to cram it in. Normally I would not care much because of the lack of use, but it also makes the sheets fit a bit funny. The extra width makes them want to pull off until I purchased a set that was meant for a 10" deep mattress. Lucky, once I squeeze the mattress into the bed frame the sheets no longer slide off. Not going to return it because it gets the job done, but if you plan to use this nightly I would highly recommend another product. FYI - mine is very firm but I have read mixed reviews on that characteristic as well.

Very very soft.
We bought the 10 inch memory foam mattress. We already have a 6 inch full and a 8 inch twin made by zinus that we like so when my toddler moved to a twin bed we ordered another one. The 10 inch is way softer than the others. You sink way further into the mattress. It also didn’t “inflate” correctly. It has a low spot in the middle. My toddler doesn’t mind it so we are keeping it but neither me nor my husband think it’s comfortable. I think it’s fine for a small child but I wouldn’t recommend the 10 inch for an adult. The 8 inch ones that we have a both great though. The only reason we went with the 10 inch is because it was cheaper than the 8 inch.

Foam Mattress
It was supposed to be an 8 inch mattress, but it never got more than 6. After 5 days we called the company and we were told it can take up to 7 days to reach full height, but that's not what the description said. It claimed it would begin expanding right after unwrapping. Anyway 8 days later it it still 6 inch thick. We called Amazon and we ere refunded the full price and were told to discard the mattress any way we wanted. Can't donate it so it'll go to the dump.

Much worse than Zinus Ultima
The bed took about two nights to develop a permanent sag in the middle. I'm 230lbs, less than the 250lb stated capacity. I understand that it shouldn't last 10 years for my weight, but I thought maybe half the warranty wasn't crazy. I slept on the couch for a week to see if it got better, but the sagging middle is permanent. My wife (140lbs) tried using it, hoping it was fine for smaller people, but she just rolls into the middle sag now. The Zinus Ultima was the best bed my wife has ever had. This is one of the worst. Buy something cheaper and see if it's okay instead of trying this one out.
