I ordered the caramel color, and using the size chart and reviews I ordered a size up than the chart suggested. I could not even put my foot all the way into this shoe. It was way too small. I would have had to order 2 sizes up, at least. The shoes I received had no size marked on them - not on the sole of the shoe, not on the inside anywhere in the shoe, and not on the box. There was no way to tell if I even received the right size.Also, the caramel is a true caramel color - it is not as brown as the photo of the shoes makes it seem. The shoes I received were much lighter and had more of a yellowish light brown almost orange tone. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because they seemed to be well made and a good quality. I returned them and received a refund, and did not order a replacement.

I love these shoes!! They are a nice solid color with a good quality make! I just received them to wear for my wedding and I can't take them off!!My foot size is hard to gauge. Usually 8.5 fits fine but for flats I wear 9, so I ordered a 9 and am glad I did! Initially the shoe is hard to slip on, but that's why there are laces that you loosen first, making it easier to slide on. The heel is nice and thick and sturdy! A little taller than I expected but damn do I look good in them!I am currently wearing socks with it and will be breaking in them within this upcoming week!I can't wait to order more colors!

I use these for work mostly but I get a lot of complements on them. I do suggest using those tiny socks make of panty hose material with them. Your foot gets super sweaty with out socks but regular ankle socks make the fit too tight. I really didn't like how the shoe strings were threaded through so I just laced them up like normal. Its way easier to get it off and on that way.Update!!! Two months later the heel is braking off. I really love these shoes but I expected them to last much longer for the price.

I can fit into an 8.5, but I'm usually a 9. I've got a pretty long foot. I ordered the 9.5, and it's perfect. I even have room for thick socks!I wore it the first time to work, standing and walking for 8 hours. The leather at the ankle is actually pretty soft, so no blisters! The shoe is pretty narrow, though. But for my feet, I just had some tightness around the toes.

The shoes are beautiful, I love them!I wish I had ordered 1/2 size up. I ordered 8.5 should have ordered a 9. I'm going to order the brown shoes and I will order a 9.
