These are very thin, but work well with slip on shoes.I put them in my Toms. I wear a size 7.5 in Toms, but I bought a size 8 insert and they worked fine.

Wanted an insole to help a pair of summer shoes fit better. They are just right for that plus they provide just the right amount cushioning for the bottom of the shoes. The shoes have very thin soles. Looks like a quality product.

I use the to help adjust my shoes, they hall give extra padding that makes many shoes fit better.

If you have stinky feet, have you ever had a pair of shoes that you liked so much that you wore them a few times each week, maybe more...then one day noticed the odor...became self-conscious about it and avoided those shoes for awhile? Don't you just wish that you could peel off an inner layer and start over? Well, these washable insoles help, because you can wash them and start over!I bought these (and a few others) because I could not get my usual Kiwi Fresh-in's Ultra-Thin Insoles (severe price hike). Thus, I suppose others found my secret! Those insoles were super-thin. As someone with wide feet, they were just fantastic and not too perfume-y. These insoles work well, but they do take up valuable space inside my shoes and often my shoes are just too tight. This is why I gave the Pedag insoles four stars instead of five. But if you have narrow or normal-sized feet, they may be just what you are looking for...and last longer than my beloved Kiwi's.Additional Foot Info:For those desperate to stave off the stinky feet, I have learned a few tricks over the years. Rather than use sprays that stink or leave a powder foot-print when you have to take your shoes off at a friend's house (gasp!), you might learn from my efforts:Baking soda soak-- a couple of times per month, toss some baking soda into a pot of water and soak your feet. This throws off your pH and the nasty bacteria that eat your sweat (gross, I know) that actually cause the "stink" don't like your feet as much and leave. Also, I have taken to using flat-out deodorant on my feet from time-to-time. Yep, I use the stick with one long swipe down my sole, then a sideways swipe across the under-part of the toes. If you do this at night, it soaks in for the day when you have to wear shoes. Good luck!

I went on a Tory Burch bender and purchased 2 pairs of flats and a pair of loafers that ended up being too big. I wore them one time and couldn't return them, so I wasn't sure what to do (I should also mention that I have flat feet). I didn't realize it at the time (but now do) that I have a narrow heel and wide top part, which means flats are extremely painful towards the top of the foot, but I can't keep the heel from falling out in the back. These inserts definitely helped a lot, even if they weren't perfect in every situation.Logistics:1. Tory Burch Reese Distressed Flats - purchased size 8/would have liked a size 7 1/2, but it's not offered - put in the size 8 Pedag - fits very well2. Tory Burch Classic Reva Flats - purchased size 8/definitely should have gotten a size 7 - put in the size 8 Pedag - fits better, although it's still loose in the heel (even with a Pedag heel insert).3. Tory Burch Loafers - purchased size 8/definitely should have gotten a size 7 1/2 - put in the size 8 Pedag - fits well, although I didn't do a lot of walking. At least my foot isn't coming out right away when I walk around the house.4. JCrew Flats - have a size 7, which fits lengthwise, but I have the same issue with the heel and top of the foot - size 8 Pedags were too big, so I'm going to order a size 7; however, it did seem more comfortable when I put my foot in there.I would definitely recommend these inserts. Plus, I do have sweaty feet, and I think these also help keep my slippery feet from falling out of the flats as well.

These insoles are comfortable, durable and well made. The terry and sisal combination breathes well and helps keep my socks or hosiery from sliding around inside the shoe. I have worn the insoles with various shoe styles including athletic shoes and formal high heels.

Update 10/2/2012...........I have now been using Pedag insoles for over a month and am so happy with how well they have performed. I have washed the first pair I bought a few times now (always by hand) and they continue to perform as if they were new. I have now purchased a few additional pairs so that I do not have to switch them out from one pair of shoes to another. I have even used them in a pair of heels and they were fantastic. Added comfort and my foot no longer started to slip forward as my feet started to perspire. Took them on a trip to Europe where I did A LOT of walking and they kept my feet comfortable and dry all day. They are also keeping my shoes from getting stinky. The Kiwi Feshins didn't keep the smell away 100% but these do! I have used the Pedag Insoles in a new pair of shoes for about a month now and no smell yet. Definitely get these, they are worth the money!Original review........I wear a lot of shoes without socks. I had been using the Kiwi Freshins but they appear to be no longer available so I was hunting for something new. These are great and even better than the Freshins. They last a lot longer and can be washed and reused. So far I have washed them once (washed by hand) and they are still as good as new. They are very comfortable but are a bit thicker than the Freshins so if your shoes are snug to begin with, you might find these do not work well.

These are great if you hate wearing socks like I do and want to avoid stinky feet and stinky shoes. I actually bought 2 pairs of these. They seem to run a bit small. I bought the ladies 9 and they fit great in ballet flats and other shoes where you can't remove the original insole. I sized up for my slip on sneakers and I replaced the original insole with this. I have washed them once so far and they held up very well and don't smell at all.

I replaced my insoles on shoes I wear all the time. I had to remove them right away. Do not buy these if you aren't used to them. The sisal fibers are the bottom make your feet sore when an insole is not supposed to.Wanted to add that these are not refundable, so make sure you're cool with a sisal base before buying.

These insoles are very comfortable but they keep slipping inside the shoe leaving my toes hanging over the front of them and the other end rides up the back of the shoe. They are well made however and wash easily in the washing machine. I suspect the issue may partly be that they are narrow and the shoes I was wearing them in are fairly wide. Perhaps they would be more comfortable in narrow shoes.

I hate socks. I hate them! I wanted to find an alternative to wearing socks with my oxfords and I found these. I'm pleasantly surprised, they keep my feet DRY and HAPPY! I love that I can wash them and they dry by the next day so I can wear them again for work.
