Q: Can this be used outdoors, hung on the outside of my pigeon loft exposed to weather?

Yes it shouldn't be an issue at all. It's very heavy and durable shouldn't be a problem. It will look beautiful as well!

Q: What is the size? It shows two different sizes and I want it to go over a door that is just 12 inches.

I truly wish I knew the exact dimensions but it was a gift and I saw it and then gave it to them and unfortunately they are away for next month. It looked to be just under the 12 inches but again I can not be sure. Hope someone else can answer for you

It is made of resin. I think it would be okay outdoors if protected, but it may fade if in direct sunlight. Ours is an indoor wall decor.

Yes, it is easy to hang! It's not real heavy and it has a nice "triangle" hook in the back, so no problem to hang!
