The 11.5-12w/11.5-12m in the drop-down menu above is a Euro size 47 (U.S. men's size 11.8) according to a label under the shoe's tongue and a sticker on the box. Another sticker on the box describes it as U.S. men's size 11.5-12 and U.S. women's size 14-14.5. As for the "11-11.5" in the drop-down menu, it is a Euro size 46 (U.S. men's size 11.2) according to a label under that shoe's tongue and a sticker on the box. Another sticker on that box describes it as U.S. men's size 11-11.5 and U.S. women's size 13-13.5. Hope that helps. These are my first SPD-SL cleated shoes and I like them a lot. Q: Is this compatible with look delta cleats?

I bought my look delta cleats separate and installed them on the bottom of these with ease. Works great with my peloton at good price.

Q: Is this a size 44 mens?? I am a regular size 10.5 would this shoe fit me??

According to Shimano, a 45 men's will be ideal for a 10.5
