VERY disappointed. Worked well when first working snd saw results then noticed I wasn’t getting further results and saw that only 20 of the 120 red lights were lit after approximately 1 month of using occasionally.

I was experiencing pain in my hands. I started using the product twice a day for 20 minutes on the red and infrared combined setting. In one week my hands stared feeling better and now after 3 month of daily use I would say they are at least %80 better and continue to improve gradually, highly recommend this product, no side effects.

UPDATE - Well I had quit using it for a while because I didn't feel like it was working at all. But I started using it twice a day, initially on the first setting where the lights are solid red until it times out and then a second cycle holding the power button for a few seconds until it starts blinking and using both cycles until they time out. I do actually feel it works at this point. From the starting point where I could barely get out of bed to being able to walk without pain after using it on both of those settings until timeout has convinced me that it does indeed work. Is it as strong as my flashlight? No. Flashlight is awesome for targeted areas. But this pad covers a wider range and if you use it long enough and twice a day it works very well. I would definitely recommend it, consistency is key.ORIGINAL REVIEW - I’ve used it several times and honestly don’t feel a difference. I have the flashlight type red light device and it most definitely does work in targeted areas. I bought this so I could use it while sitting, driving or walking around. Maybe the lights aren’t strong enough to penetrate deeply enough for where I need it most? My greatest need is in my butt cheeks, from about mid to 6 inches above, SI joint area. While I’m not overweight by any means there is a lot more flesh to shine through in your buttocks then there is your knee or practically any other area you may need it.

I love this product. I actually bought it to use on my 12 year old dog who has sore knees and hips. It has really helped him get around a lot better.

We've been using the lights for a few weeks now. It really seems to be clearing up my wife's eczema, which would rate five stars. My chronic pains haven't changed much yet, though, and the connection point to the electric cord does not lock into position, so it falls off too easily when you are trying to get things positioned.

The device works as stated. It provides pain relief. It is a great travel product. Easy to use.

I can wrap this around my foot and it’s helps relieve the painful neuropathy. It’s not a cure all but it sure helps.
