The instructions were not very good but actually the fitting was straight forward enough. Its a time consuming job connecting it to the power supply and making sure the ceiling adequately supports it.The crystals are decent enough small hands are better and it needed 2 of us to support while fitting.Once up it does look nice and a great improvement from the one it replaced.

The media could not be loaded.  Thought loads about this light before ordering it but so pleased i did, I placed the order on a Friday and it was delivered on the following Monday.It was packed really well..It’s very heavy so needs 2 people to hang it, it Comes with gloves for handling the glass pieces,be prepared it takes a long time to unwrap each piece of glass and hang but worth it.I do love it but think it’s a little over priced..

Very nice light , especially with all bulbs and crstals shining , small damage but i could be bothered to wait for replacement and , no way of reporting damage on this platform

I’ve just had this light installed as part of a kitchen refurb and it’s absolutely stunning, a real eye catching centrepiece. The hanging pieces are very sparkly and look like crystals. Customer service was absolutely brilliant too.

It was delivered from China in half the estimated time. We did have to pat a small import charge but that can be claimed back from the supplier. It is simple enough to install by a person with basic DIY skills. The crystals are simple to install ans is a rather soothing 20 minute operation. It really looks the business and the quality of light projected onto the table is ideal. In my opinion you would be best obtaining a feather type duster to give the crystels the odd LIGHT brush down.. The unit parts are all very well packed. Ours arrived with one of the short crystal bars broken, BUT spare crystals of all used shapes are supplied. This is one article that actually looks BETTER than the picture..

Love the sparkle, great packaging, aching arm once all the crystals were put in place! All in all a fab piece of lighting.

This is exactly the chandelier I was looking for. Took a while to assemble, but worth it. Looks amazing
