I liked the product.

This is basically a wide belt. It doesn't offer any support, just compression. There's no bad in the back to push against the lumbar vertebrae, just elastic. And, if you have narrow hips like I do, it will slide down as you walk around.

I bought this to wear when I’m walking long distances. It is great. I walked 3 miles in one hour and my back didn’t bother me at all. You wrapped around your waist and Velcro holes in place but when wrapping the rest of it around there is no Velcro to hold it in place so that end just flops around. I put a piece of Velcro on that end and that solve that problem. After solving that this is really great. It’s lightweight enough that it does it make you hot.

Too large for short people with no alternatives

I have been wearing this type of support since 1996. My med supply no longer carried this item. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. Perfect description. Perfect fit.
