Q: Can it be used to cover outdoor furniture in winter?

I don't think it is thik enough. It is like a thin clingy plastic that will stick to cabinets and walls if you are sanding floors . It works well but I do not think it would be good for your purposes. I purchased some thicker plastic wraps in the past, it was Duct Stretch Wrap Film. Check it out. Bill

No, Trimaco's Cling Cover is not Fire Retardant.

I did not notice any odor. It worked well enough for my purpose, but is very thin.

Q: Can I use this to cover up a car window that's broking out?

I would not think so. This is just very large cling rap. Works great for covering car when doing paint or body work and you want to keep an area clean.
