Isongenix was so gross that I could not even complete one day of the product. I was dry heaving the entire time I was trying to choke it down. The pills make you feel sick. Two friends made it through one week. One lost 5 pounds and the other 1 1/2 pounds. Just drink slim fast and save yourself 500 bucks.

This is a great system if you need something to just completely change the way your are eating. I had twins two years ago and after over a year breastfeeding I got used to eating whatever without gaining any wait. My eating habits were horrible and I needed a shock to my diet to wake myself up into taking my health seriously. The shakes are great, the chocolate flavor is fantastic. The cleanse days are intense, I'm not sure I believe in the concept but I can see how it helps speed up the weight loss. The Snacks are a bit of a joke but they do take the edge off on a cleanse day. I like the Accelerator but not sure a cup of green tea might just do the trick. The IsaFlush was great but again a magnesium supplement might work just as well. Overall it's a great diet start up kit and will absolutely help you loose weight and smarten up your eating habits. The price seems high but when you think about the cost of two meals it really is a bargain. Please note that you can have small healthy snacks in between meals instead of buying all their additional "snacks". There are meal plans online that provide lots of great ideas.

If you want to lose weight, this is not the product for you. If you want to cleanse and detox, then buy it.Pros:This 30 day program ended my caffeine addiction and frequent headaches. I had amazing energy in the first two weeks of the program, but then my energy seemed to return to normal after that. There were days when I was very tired and would have to go to bed very early.Cons:The chocolate shake tastes okay, but everything else tastes disgusting, especially the drink you have to drink first thing in the morning - yuck!!!!!! I lost 8 pounds after the last cleansing day (day 9), but once I returned to having 2 shakes and 1 meal per day, the weight came right back on. I found myself starving most of the time, craving healthy foods instead of shakes. This made the program extremely difficult to stick to. I wanted results, since I paid so much money for the program, so I stuck to it for the full 30 days no matter how hard it was. My weight at day 30 was the weight I was at day 1. So I basically just threw close to $400 out in the garbage, when I could have just eaten healthier and exercised more for much less money.My advice:If you're looking to cleanse and end your caffeine addiction, this product is for you. Yet, when you ask for your money back because you lost zero pounds in 30 days, they claim it is not a weight loss product, but just a cleansing product. NOT the message their website sends at all. Be a wise consumer always and trust your instincts.
