This is a replacement for a similar bottle from 2015. I recommend Kleen Kanteen products including this one, and will continue buying them. However, I can't say I love the updates. The medal holder is a nice addition but difficult to unclip, especially with nails. Second, the lid requires a full disassembly after any type of milk, including plant-based. Lastly, when the toggle isn't closed all the way and the bottle is accidentally tilted, liquid comes gushing out. I realize that may sound silly, but I never had that issue with the old version. I still recommend this brand, they'll last until you lose them.

Just got it today and tested it out for pour over coffee with my Kalita Wave (stainless steel) which fit over this 12 oz Klean Kanteen mug. It was hot until the last drop over a 4 hour period. Perfect since I normally multi-task and forget about my coffee, reheating it many times. Great purchase from Amazon at a great price.

I have trouble getting the cover on correctly to prevent leaking. When it’s full of hot coffee this is a major problem. Spills on clothes or burned hand. I’ve learned to test it before trusting it won’t leak. This is a brand I have purchased before and had no problem with leaking.

I've had several coffee flasks over the years and I was looking for something new with serviceable parts. The build quality is exceptional, the lid is easy to clean (followed a YouTube video to assist with this), I love the carry handle on the lid and it also helps with opening and closing the lid. I've had other brands where the lids never feel clean or the drinking section starts leaking (failed buttons) etc. I am very confident this won't happen again, if it does I can replace the lid rather than have to buy a new flask. I've had one minor leak so far and that was my fault for not closing the drinking opening, I won't be making that mistake again. If anything the flask is too well insulated, if I am going to be drinking my coffee within a couple of hours I have to leave to lid off for a while to let the coffee cool down a little. I haven't tried for cold drinks yet. Being able to buy alternative and replacement lids sealed the deal for me.

Es bastante funcional. Conserva bebidas calientes al menos unas 5 horas, para las 7-8 horas de preparado aún está tibio. Altamente recomendable.

Po jednym tygodniu zaczęło przeciekać. Przekombinowany system zamykania powoduje, że całość jest po prostu nieszczelna. Instrukcje ani filmiki na temat regulacji tego "zaworu" w niczym nie pomagają, to po prostu wadliwa konstrukcja. To nie odosobniony przypadek - po zakupie zdążyłem się zorientować po forach, że tak się dzieje z tą nakrętką.

Really keeps drinks hot for hours. I was surprised how hot my coffee was with my first sip. Easily keeps drinks warm for 8 hours. Fits in my Nespresso if I take the tray out.
