I placed the order last Sat 16 sept and the delivery is on the 21st. Then I contacted the seller if they can deliver the next day. Which they did! All in all customer service is above and beyond! The item was really nice and arrived in very good condition. Really happy with the service! :) I even ask them to print a happy bday on a paper and stick it and they made it possible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i like the flexibility of the chair however they gave me the wrong colour,they would probably return it if i asked but i just didn’t bother

i got used to it but some of my friends couldn't sit on it and said they would get dizzy. Everything else was ok for the price i got it for but some parts were clearly damaged at the time of this review i don't remember if i got the used one but i wasnt the first buyer so i guess beware i just didnt send it back cause i was busy with work and didnt bother since all parts were there even if they were damaged edit after few months of use the part that holds the tyres is all plastic and the tyre are metal so the bottom part is well thr sockets at least are completely destroyed major design flaw don't not buy it won't last. Make sure when ever you buy a chair the part that holds the wheel is fully metal and not plastic junk
