This book has great art and amazing story. This is a must buy for any star wars or Darth Vader fan. 🔥

Super great story!

The 336-page graphic novel follows the events of the first instalment in this excellent series,. And it is even better if you ask me. Again the events take place after Revenge of the Sith. And this volume even takes you to the start of Rogue One. It shows how the young Empire gets a tighter grip on the galaxy and how Darth Vader and his familiar imperial crowns like Tarkin and the inquisitors hunt the remaining Jedi and fight the nascent Rebellion. To continue to story from the previous volume, Jedi librarian Jocasta Nu has a large role as well. The story takes you to several planets like the Mon Cala system and Mustafar once more. The third-person view of an unstoppable Vader is quite attractive and adds a lot of colour to his back story. He remains challenged in his position and has some vulnerabilities as well.The storytelling by author Charles Soule remains well-paced and dynamic. This is supported by generally strong graphic art from Leonard Kirk, and Giuseppe Camuncoli. The art work is generally good, but I must say that Darth Vader’s helmet bottom rim is often too narrow, making him look more like Judge Dredd.I very much enjoyed this second volume of this very dark but gripping story.

Este libro, para mi, es una maravilla, la calidad de las portadas y el papel, lo hacen un articulo muy elegante. En cuanto a la historia, no puede ser mejor, lo recomiendo ampliamente para todos los fans de SW y de Darth Vader, le da mucha profundidad al personaje y explica mucha de la personalidad del mismo.
