CAT EYE EL461 KIT - Volt 400 Rechargeable Headlight with Spare Battery and Charger, Black, Small

I purchased this item on August 24, 2020 based on recommendations. Initially I was very happy with my purchase. I have used this for all rides since and been happy with the purchase. However, at the end of December, 2020,four months after I purchased the light, the switch failed. It now only turns on in high mode and off. It no longer has multiple light modes and the battery depletes rapidly when constantly run in high mode. I am very disappointed and would like a replacement from the manufacturer and will be contacting them directly. Buyer Beware.

This was recommended by a friend. Was easy to mount and with an extra battery it's an awesome plus.At night I ride by a dark lake with little lighting. Works great!

Great little light. I have the bigger one, 1700, and this one goes on the helmet (separate mount is needed). With two batteries it is a perfect long-travel companion.

Perfect light for daylight riding, especially with the quick flash or strobe effect.

Great device, I use for more than a year (didn't bought on Amazon but decided to write a review finally, as the item passed the test of time :D ).It's water resistant (I cycle to work every day, including rain sometimes), easy to mount and to replace battery.Very strong light (I take it with me for hiking as well).It's kinda expensive for a flashlight but worth it IMHO. The 2 batteries, each of which can last 50-60 hours, are incredible (I never measured time, but it lasts really really many days in a row, for my daily evening commute... I charge it once every few weeks...)Recommended item! Great quality.
