Ancestral Supplements Blood Vitality (w/ Blood, Liver, Spleen) — Supports Life Blood, Bioavailable Heme Iron, Energy and Exercise Performance

These bulls blood or must be doing something as it alone is responsible for a very noticeable increase in my energy levels. Good product - will by again.

Just finished the bottle and I'm kinda disappointed. I know I shouldn't expect it to be a magic pill but I was hoping it would help me with my low iron a bit but didn't a slight of change and I've taken alot a supplement before and this one looks really average I mean the pills and the pack itself looks really cheap. As of now I'm on a diffrent supplement and can feel a diffrence already. So I wouldn't recommend there is way better brands for the fraction of the cost and they actoully help.

I was always very tired, but taking this supplement has increase my strength. It has also helped by minimizing my migraine.

I'm taking three tablets of "Blood Vitality" along with three tablets of "Beef Liver" for about 5 weeks now.Regarding how I feel so far, I found it so much easier walking uphill, this same walking route was quiet a challenge for me in the past year, I used to be short of breath at some point and the worse that I experienced was my heart pumped so fast and hard like it’s about to jump out from my body. I now can walk up that same hill without the breathing and heart palpitation issues. About my menstruation, less pre-menstrual syndromes this last one, the cycle returned to 28 days (it was average 25 days in the past year) which I’m very pleased! It was still a bit uncomfortable during the period, but I would describe it “sore” instead of “pain” that I suffered a lot before. Another good thing is I can see the natural pink colour of my lips returning gradually, they were sometime purple and sometime pale.I’m hoping to see the things that I mentioned above continue to improve.

I ordered the blood vitality and have only been taking them for just over a week and I would say my circulation and energy levels have definitely improved. I’m planning on increasing the dose to the full amount and at some point ordering the beef organs and am looking forward to potentially seeing more results. I was hesitant because I thought they were expensive; they are worth every penny! It's day one, 6 down the hatch an hour later my brain has switched on and my sight has improved (wtf?!) Don't waste any more time looking just get these in your basket. Wow.
