I've used this product countless times over the years with no problems whatsoever.Clients at my salon have always loved the results.The cost for them is enormous. First timers have taken my advice about it because I believed it was the best smoothing system on the market.Ive done 3 clients so far with this particular bottle I bought.Two called me and complained that the product didnt work.They returned to my salon and I saw first hand that their hair is back to the waves and frizz they had in the matter of a couple weeks.The other client mentioned that this smoothing treatment was nothing like the first one I did on her. ( with a previous bottle that I had )Between customers dissatisfaction, loss of money because of refunds I had to give them AND cost for me to buy this product has me very upset and skeptical about using it again.The bottle that I received was sealed, lotion has the same color and consistency as it usually does. It smelled the same as always and the results were the same as usual when the clients left my salon.I make up custom after care pamphlets that I give each client who recieves this treatment so they know exactly how to care for their new smooth look. We review it together before they leave my salon so there are no questions about care at home. So the problem is not with my clients or me, so it has be the product.I lost alot of money investing in this this product, alot of my time wasted as well, and clients that weren't too happy with me / the money they spent and the poor results.I will not buy again and take another chance, risk losing alot more money, and possibly putting my reputation on the line AGAIN because of a bogus product.

Ordered this product and half of it was spilled out of the bottle and in the plastic envelope. I spent a lot of money and can't believe they couldn't package it in a box correctly. I will never but from them again.

I need my money back l order tree for mistake l received two set l send back the two orders the tree and the last one l never recibe but they charge me 3 , l call with costumes service at Amazon and they tell me the sellers take two weeks to return my money l need you take action in this matter please
