Not a bad book, but it's the size of a pamphlet and would make a better app download than a book. Most of the recipes are varying versions of coconut instead of the creative, versatile recipes I was looking for, so I returned it.

This book will help you lose those unwanted pounds while eating delicious decadant. Desserts and guilt-free cookies that would fill your cravings. It is the perfect book for cooking and a great book to have in your kitchen. It is really helpful especially when you are on the ketogenic diet or if you have visitors and guests that you want to serve sugar free healthy deserts. I really like the way this book teaches the art of preparing various recipes.Very easy to follow. The instructions are very detailed and simple to follow. Highly recommended!

Safe weight loss with these recipes
While some people are able to lose weight by exercising or fasting, that does not work for everyone. This book shows that the Ketogenic diet has the ability to reduce weight by cutting the fat from your diet and allowing you to eat healthy foods that make you lose weight safely. There are many recipes in the book that anyone can try. What I like about the recipes is that you can find something to cook that you like based on the variety of recipes in the book. There are bacon, egg, chicken, and other recipes that you can choose from.The book is quite simple and the recipes are easy to follow. I would advise persons who really want to lose weight fast to get the book and try the recipes. I tried a couple already and they taste nice, so you may also find them tasty and healthy too.

A great alternative to those that love carbs and sweets.
As someone who has consumed carbs throughout my life, I wanted to look for a book to help me maintain my lifestyle, but cut back on carbs due to fear of diabetes and other diseases. This book has some fantastic recipes that are delicious. I look forward to trying more recipes and recommend this book to anyone looking to reduce carbs in their diet.

It's packed with so many recipes and a great description about the keto diet
Low carb lifestyle is hard because I always crave sweets. One of my friends got this book for free and posted the link on Facebook. I ordered it too! It's packed with so many recipes and a great description about the keto diet. Very helpful. Looking forward to making some delicious treats for me and my husband.
