They do what it says on the packet.Good product, seemingly well made although I’m not at the standard which would test their limits.Only thing to note is these are a snug fit (so ideal) on my large fist. People with hands larger than 9 inches may struggle to fit through the loop.

These straps are the most functional and comfortable I've ever used. The design is ideal for Olympic lifting and I wonder why no one else makes them like WBCM, it makes sense considering they are designed by an Olympian himself. I'll never use another pair of straps again. They are quality, affordable, and arrived even sooner then promised. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and it only encourages me to continue shopping with WBCM in the future. I currently have oleksiys resistance bands on the way and I'm very excited to incorporate those into my training as well.

These wrist straps are beautiful, strong and durable. they can be used for deadlifting or pull-ups. I like the blue color and they are comfortable and well made.
