I rented one of these for a month to get around on a vacation we took and it really served my purpose of long distances walking. I cannot walk long distances due to having savers injuries to both my feet years ago and this wheelchair certainly was a life saver for me. Liked it so well that I bought one. Through Amazon the chair was quite a lot cheaper to purchase than buying throuh a retailer. What I really like about it is that it can be disassembled and fit into a car trunk rather than having to have a lift on the vehicle for it.. I am not totally wheelchair bound but for distance walking this chair more than fits my needs. It can also be taken on board a airplane when flying and is a lot lighter in weight compared to regular full size wheelchairs. Airlines will not take three wheel scooters on board. Only four wheel wheelchairs which this chair qualifies for.

My father-in-law age 79, has become too weak from many medical issues to push himself around in his wheelchair. We have an older split level home, so had a stair lift installed. We chose this mobility chair because of its smaller dimensions. Once he gets to the main level, he is able to get around the kitchen and living room with ease, though some narrow spaces. He's not more than 150 lbs. and the chair is rated for 300. I don't know how well it would work out for someone that large. All I know is without this he probably would not be able to live at home anymore. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I don't like the way the seat post fits into the base. It is just a little wobbly, although it cannot possibly come out its a little annoying.

Love this chair! Works well and customer service was applaudable. A little heavy for me to lift at times, but that was expected. Love that broken down in its four parts it fits in my tiny car without issue. Highly recommend.

This chair has been a godsend to my father in assisted living. We got it in September and he has had no problems at all. $500 cheaper than the medical supply store.

Somewhat disappointed, the quality is not there, the back is very uncomfortable, very low, needs a higher back. The tip wheels in the back are not out far enough, my husband almost tipped over backwards more than once. The weight and ease of transport is great. This chair could use some definite improvement.

We got this electric wheelchair for my disabled sister about 2 years ago. She's a small person, so this is a great size for her. It's had 2 years of use, over uneven sidewalks and whatever, and it's still in very good shape.I (over 50 female, in good shape) take it apart to put in my trunk regularly. It takes about one minute to do this, as well as to put together again. It's been great!If any of my elderly relatives ever need an electric wheelchair, this is the one we'll buy - again!
