Only a day after assembling the scooter one of the wheels stopped lighting up. I contacted customer service and just a day or two later I had a new replacement wheel and hub. I was pretty impressed with that and now, a couple of months later, everything is still going strong. The Scooter feels very sturdy.

The kids absolutely love these things, from first when they wake up to all night on their scooters.

Bought this for a 6 year old niece. She loved the purple, the glowing tires, and the girly sporty look of it. The frame itself looked cheaper to me than what I expected, but I'm not that worried, since it's one of those temporary toys kids play with for a year or so, and then leave tossed in the lawn for adults to yell at them about. Serves the purpose and she loves it, so...
