It makes my clothes smell so nice, feel so soft.

Does the job and has a nice fragrance.

The product is great, but the packaging from Amazon allows for spillage. Better to buy at Whole Foods or Costco. This is the second time I’ve lost at least 1/3 of the liquid.

I switched from Downy to this because of a waxy buildup on the dispenser. As soon as I started using it, I noticed my clothes dried a little quicker and didn’t feel as weighed down as they had when I used the Downey. My washing machine stays cleaner also!The fragrance is lighter and more natural- not as perfumed. It remains my go to now for about 2 years.

I love this product but this order came without the tops taped shut and one bottle had completely leaked out into the packaging and onto the ground.

Love this product, but not all over the inside of the box that it was shipped in.One of the bottles lost at least a third of its volume in the box it was shipped in.Pretty messy.

I love that this is natural ingredients and works as good as the products that use synthetic ingredients. It’s all I used for years.

I have super sensitive skin and this does not cause me any irritation !! The smell is soft and does not linger in the clothes which is also great for allergies.
