My product is defective, can I please get am exchange?
I ordered this product in January. I didn't get a chance to open it and try it until today Feb 26, because I found out I had pneumonia the same week I ordered this. I'm finally better and I wanted to do my first workout this morning and the DVD sound is defective. It sounds full of stacic with a loud back ground noise. I went in Amazon to see if I can exchange it and my return time is expired. I'm so disappointed. Is there any way I can get an exchange? I'm very familiar with these products and love this series.

I really like doing Pilates and this was exactly what I was wanting.

Disappointed
The good - short workouts for time crunched. I think this is good for the overweight or disabled. I think anyone can do these. Mari is a very good instructor.The bad - using 4 DVDs for 4 short workouts is very inconvenient. If you want to do more than one workout you have to put in a new DVD. I would have liked an option to do more than one workout on one DVD. This series is very beginner. If you have any Pilates experience, this will be too easy. I was very disappointed in the band workout. The workout is 12 minutes and the band isn't even used in some of the exercises.I am a huge Mari fan and hate to criticize anything she does, but this is not worth the price. Her Endless Fitness series is so much better for beginners or the inflexible, such as myself.

Too slow for the average beginner in exercise
Although I'm sure the program is a great program, this series is not for people who are already active. It says it's for beginners but since they are using chairs these DVDs are for seniors or remedial person's with injuries or motor issues.

Great workout, it's done so that if you can only do about 10 minutes at a time,you can. This is good for those with disabilities as myself

Great Product for Seniors or those with mobility issues
First of all, I want to say that I love Winsor Pilates. We had lost our old set of DVD's, so I bought these as a replacement. These are not the same. This set is meant for seniors or those with mobility problems and nothing in the description mentioned this was their "Silver" version. I ended up returning these and I couldn't find any other one that was directed at the younger crowd. I'll keep looking for the old ones. They are probably in the same black hole as one of my son's movies that went missing months ago.
