Arrived damaged - dented, dirty and scratched, took 18 days to come
Product itself seems great, good quality stainless steel. However it was delivered with hard to remove finger marks, scratches in places and a significant dent, so was not fit to be a christmas present. It also took 18 days to arrive. It ony came in an amazon box with minimal bubblewrap. This was not a cheap item, expected better from Amazon.

Totally Disappointed
This is my 3rd bottle of this kind and by far it's the worst brand ever had. Tried on hot and it doesn't keep the temperature for more than few hours. It's bulky and quite heavy. Two stars because looks good and that's it. Save some money and buy from specialized companies.

Very impressive!
I bought this to take tea with me to work. It is crazy impressive. Feels very well built, the black shale finish is nice and grippy so it doesn't slip out of my hands when I'm trying to refill my mug. The only issue, and it's a very small issue, is if you put very hot tea inside the cap can get quite warm when the bottle is sealed for a few hours. Not hot enough go burn you, but quite warm.But, after 8 hours at work my tea is still piping hot, even when I'm working outside in cold weather.
