Bought this for my husband who needs size 2XL. It’s very adjustable, and can be used by a smaller person, like myself, too. It has two sets of Velcro straps, which make it fit any shape body and in any position on the body. The pocket for the reusable heat/ice pack is perfectly sized, and velcros shut when not in use. Having a strap on ice-pack helps someone who is hurting move about, sit in a chair, etc. A little more than I wanted to spend, but I think it’s worth it.

These work so well with the brace. They are thin and fit well. They can be used without the brace as well. Very happy with my purchase.

The plastic is cheap, already had a tear in it

It’s really about 2 inches too wide to fit. Required bending and pushing to get it in back brace. Odd when it’s made for this brace???

Very thin but it works for short period of time.
