No. Item does not come sealed. Once lid is twisted off, product is exposed.

It's a light pleasant scent of spice, amber and musk. It's not overwhelming.

Hi! Thank you for your question! Our Refreshing and Toning formula would be the best fit for Oily skin. However, our Sensitive formula, with Oat and Aloe, would also fit the bill.
