Not just for healthy eating they taste like actual potatoes yum!
Great taste and better for you! We wanted to go full on paleo and were so sad we couldn't enjoy chips anymore. Although these chips aren't official paleo grub in some of the purist groups we have found them to be accepted and enjoyed by many folks looking to eat cleaner. Honestly we enjoy them far more than any conventional chips except maybe jalepeno chips which isn't a totally fair comparison. Amazon has a pretty fair price although they can be 30-40 cents cheaper at Whole Foods from time to time. We would recommend these to anyone and not just those looking to eat healthier. Imagine a potato chip that taste like a potato? Awesome right?

These are regularly purchased chips. Many times to oily or burnt, but we do like them. Which is why we chose 4 stars and not less stars.

Interesting in flavor and not really like a potato, so not sure if I would buy them again. The color is super fun though on a plate for parties.

Best chips ever.
They taste awesome and are cut thicker than normal chips but aren't greasy like kettle chips. They are a little oily but not bad at all and don't leave your hands feeling greasy. Also don't have a lot of salt at all and are sea salt which is much better than the cheap salt on other chips. Best chips I've ever had. Plus they are blue which is awesome.
