Bad
The lamp arrived without the top and bulb. I am very unsatisfied.

Great item, but you have to understand what you're getting:
This item does come with everything needed to use it; the tip, the light bulb, the base, and a 12v DC power adapter. Using the power adapter will allow use only while the lantern is plugged in. Inserting 4 D batteries will allow mobile use. The 12v DC adapter is for a car, not a home outlet. The adapter will not charge the batteries of your lantern, but you may use rechargeable batteries with it, and recharge them separately if needed.
