Q: Can I use it on sculp?

Use this product on the granddaughter’s haur. Awesome results. I also us on my hair right after blowing my hair. Acts as a relaxer.

Q: Has anyone with fine, blonde, wavy hair tried this product?

I wouldn't say my daughter has "fine" hair... but her and I are both blonde with natural curl and mine is less thick with age. Both of us find this product lightweight and not overly oily. Works great for tangles. Not the best scent but it's light and dissipates quickly!
