Good for beginner
I have only comparison for really cheap one spray gun. That one is amazing better, allow to make perfect finish with varnish coats on wood when I do not have so much experience. Big cup for paint does the job.

Glad I listened to the reviews.
I'm not one for reviews usually (too lazy) but this was worth it.This spray gun works fantastic. It was easy to clean and easy to use. I ended up needing to bring the line pressure up a fair bit to spray the clear coat (to get the desired atomization) with the needle supplied (45 psi) and I got a nice finish. The base coat went on perfectly. It takes a bit of practice to get the paint to go down but it was a learning curve on my part. The gun worked perfectly and was very consistent. I would make sure if you are doing a beginner auto-body repair you watch some serious youtube.com videos on how to SET UP YOUR GUN. It made a huge difference to me and worked great. My repair came out looking professional and you couldn't tell it from the other body panels of the vehicle.

Excellent gun for single stage urethanes.
Decent gun. Certainly lays down a fine finish. Used it to shoot single stage urethane and got very high gloss and nearly no orange peal. My biggest issue is it seems to fog the room at recommended settings more than I have seen other guns do.. Means you may use a little more paint then planned. Still for the $ it does lay down a really nice finish and I am an experienced hobbiest, not a pro.
