My rolfer recommended these. They get right into the small areas that I haven’t been able to get with other products. Steep for the price, but I’ve been in pain for over 5 years. I’m willing to try anything at this point!

Update: I reached out to MELT Method via their website to ask about purchasing a couple of replacement soft balls and it turns out they guarantee them for one year so they sent me two replacements at no charge. I’m still disappointed the soft balls only lasted a few months but at least they stood behind their product. Updated the rating to five stars. The program has really been great for me. Original review Five stars for the MELT program for hands and feet. It has been great for my plantar fasciitis and arthritic toes but I am extremely disappointed that BOTH of the large soft balls I purchased on 3/4/25 have gone flat and are useless. I have used them 3-5 times weekly for about 2 months. To make it worse, it appears they are not sold separately so I can’t replace just the large soft ball. I would have to pay another $50 for the whole set. Seems once you buy the set they should be willing to let you buy replacement balls and/or use higher quality materials so the balls don’t degrade so quickly.

My favorite foot rolling prop before these had been the Franklin Method green balls, but they're too large for targeted release on all the small joints of the feet and just cover the general area. I love the Rad Roller small black ball size, but it's WAY too intense for me to place my weight on. These MELT balls are just what I need! And given that the specialty ball sets are usually around $20, I didn't mind the price for the whole set. I can't even use the firm balls yet, but that's why I got these, because I've been working with the Rad Roller neuro ball and its tiny black ball inside. I crave the deep release, and will need to work up to the firm set, but for now am getting EXACTLY what I need from the soft balls. Thanks, MELT! Glad you popped into my head, from the old days of Class Pass, I used to see a MELT class nearby but never took it. While lamenting the firmness of the Rad balls, I saw the word MELT in my mind. Went to YT and saw a MELT video shot from underneath the floor of the squishy foot love and promptly ordered this set. Very happy with it.

If you like a foot rub, or like me can't stand them, but your feet ache after being on them too long, in heels, overweight, plantar faciatis, or previous foot injuries, these MELT balls help. Small, lightweight, can take it with you anywhere for emergency foot cramps. Only drawback is that it is surprisingly expensive for what must cost only a few dollars to produce and isn't a complex technology to duplicate.
