Amazing product that is really hard to find on the market. Usually it is only available in capsules but it is better to take this in a straight powder form and rub into your gums with your tongue until it absorbs. A set of little silver spoons is included with the order so the dosage is correct every time. It is sooooo good for gut health which is the most important thing! They say that the root of all disease is from bad gut health. My digestion process is much better since taking this...this is my 4th time ordering this. Before this product I would have lots of hot flashes after eating and felt like I had a difficult time digesting food. This product solves this & I am very grateful for it.
