Will this work on other 2x2 racks that aren't from Sunny?

You could probably make it work. Sunny's holes are smaller than some other rigs so the prongs may be smaller than what you need. You may be able to figure out a way to sleeve the prongs to fit your rig to stabilize it but you'd probably be better off just buying one made for your rig.

What is the weight capacity for dip bar?

The dip bars themselves are very solid and there shouldn’t be an issue regarding capacity. The only capacity issues would be with the Sunni rack itself. I get a slight wobble when initially putting my weight on the dip bars but the rack has no tilting issues. I’m 6’ 220.

Weight limit for lat pull down

I use two 45 lb plates (90 lbs) and it feels like it can hold a lot more than I can lift.

can this work as a holder too in vertical position?

It comes with 2 bar holders and the landmine attachment which slides into the bar holder. The bar holder is hit and miss, it’s too small for my Olympic 7ft barbell but fits my Olympic ez curl bar. Both bars are for 2in Olympic weights but are apparently slightly different sizes. Long way of saying it depends on the bar. Hope this helps.

Don't buy

This pull up bar is such a joke. It connected to the rack by a tiny hook. The safety pin is completely useless if the hook fail. The pin is like an inch long, doesn't attach to anything on the rack. It simply just rest on the edge of the rack. If the hook break, it will just fall out. Compare to Titan safety pin, it's Dwaft vs Giant
