Outdoor Trampoline with Safety Enclosure Net, 15FT

I bought this as a present for my kids and they absolutely loved it! They were so excited to have a trampoline in our yard, and have a safe place to burn off all their energy. I was very happy with the quality of the product and all of the safety features that comes with it. Very happy with this purchase!

The trampoline is great but it came damaged and had a part missing. amazon offered a discount and it should cover the cost for damaged parts, if not it will be very close. Overall happy with the purchase.

Product was delivered in a damaged box with the pipes sticking out of the box. Was supposed to be a surprise birthday present for son but did not receive the hardware kit with the screws, bolts and nuts so it cannot be assembled for his Birthday. Major disappointment.

Missing a piece to a leg that supports it.

Instructions mislabeled the parts ans im missing 5 springs and some washers.. how do these parts get shipped to me so I can complete the setup.

Did not have the screws or the spring puller. Maybe a run to the hardware store might work...

My 5-year-old absolutely loves this. Easy to assemble.
