Marine Collagen Powder Supplement

Every morning I add 2 heaping teaspoons full to my coffee cup before adding the hot coffee. I stir it in with the teaspoon but it dissolves so quickly that I'm not sure that's necessary. Zero taste = great coffee and easy to maintain my daily dose. What does it do? - I have redness in my forearm skin from way too much sun as a child. Well, that redness has all but disappeared. Doctors previously suggested that I use a collagen lotion. Those lotions don't do anything. - I believe—but am not 100% sure—that my hair is thicker and healthier than before. I've been using this product for about 3 years and honestly can't well recall how my hair was before. I'd say it takes several months of use for it to do its thing and of course, it takes an even longer time for ones hair to grow out. My hair is about 6" below my shoulders. I have experienced zero negative side effects.

I'm 63 years old and my nails were getting so fragile, I skeptically tried collagen. I have been using this product for more than a year, I put a heaping tablespoon in my healthy smoothie every day. As for the flavor I can't really say, l always put it in my smoothie and can't taste anything fishy. It has helped my nails a lot and done wonders for my hair. I like the fact that it is from wild caught fish (no antibiotic) 5 stars in my book, I will continue buying this product.
