For those of you who need an iron supplement but find the tablets hard on the stomach or give you undesirable toilet side effects, this product is ideal. The downsides are that for best absorption, you need to place 15 drops under your tongue and leave them there for a time, which isn't exactly a taste sensation. Also, the bottle is tiny so it runs out quickly, meaning it isn't very economical. However I always find Biocare produce quality supplements and I appreciate the lack of additives in this product.

Expensive, but I am giving it to my 9 months old baby, so I wanted the best iron supplement for him.I give him 2 drops in every meal. It has metal taste, but he can tolerate it. No digestive issues.

Sent the wrong item. Item ingredients on here say "ammonium ferric citrate" but as you can see this is "ferrous gluconate".
