After using steel baoding balls in occupational therapy, I sought a pair to continue improving my fine motor skills at home. The reviews of this marble set proved accurate. It is smooth (no blemishes), just the right size, and a good weight in the hand. I am not dropping the balls as I did with the hollow steel set. I'm also finding them great for stress relief. I tossed the box and will keep them on a little tray. I think the set is a good value and quality for the money.

Are use these for my arthritis. They are the perfect size and weight for my hands to move around.

I've had sets of exercise balls for years. They're metal and chime. However, the chimes are very annoying. Enter a stone set. The balls are about the correct stated size. A nice green color. I suspect they're made from manufactured stone. They have some manufacturing defects such as small scratches, minor pits and flat spots. The box these came in is cheap garbage. Made of low-grade compressed cardboard, dyed red, covered in stickers, lined with thin vinyl, and polyester fabric glued in place. The latch is brass plated steel and doesn't actually latch. For me these are fine. They'll work decently.

The balls worked perfectly for My hand exercises for therapy due to the light weight of the balls. The balls fit perfectly into my hands without worrying about dropping them onto the floor. I was Able to easily complete the therapies with the balls confidently. They were a pretty and zen color to use.
